GUN VIOLENCE: WHO versus WHAT
definition:
violence
       the use of physical force to harm someone, to damage property, etc.
When describing violence, would it be more accurate to describe the type of physical force used? Or, would it be more accurate to describe the person who used the physical force?

Next, there are some organizations asking the government for a list of gun owners.
Yet, why not ask and make a map of "repeat offenders" and where they live?
