INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS of merchandise must first contact customer service so that your country's regulations can be checked before shipment. Every country has different regulations and even the current regulations can change due to global events, e.g. terrorism, natural catastrophes, etc.

The international shipping cost is typically ~ $9.00 U.S. dollars for one (1) software item weighing one (1) pound and is shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Please remember that all customs clearing, duties and taxes are not included in the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer.

The TOTAL EXTRA COST for example for the product named, "", will be approximately an additional $20.00 U.S. Dollars which will cover the CD-ROM, packaging, handing($11.00 USD) and international shipping ($9.00 USD). You typically can make an order for the merchandise and then send an e-mail to customer service requesting a boxed version and referencing your order number and you will then be charged an additional $20.00 U.S. Dollars on your credit card.

You may pay for your order with a credit card, money order or check drawn on a U.S. bank. We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Discover Card/NOVUS. At this time, we cannot accept purchase orders from our international customers.

If you are an international customer and cannot pay via credit card, payments from many countries can also be accepted via PayPal. If you wish to pay via PayPal, please send a request to customer support indicating what item you wish to puchase, contact name, address, and quantity of each items.



WESTERN UNION
If for some reason, your country is not listed in the below list of approved countries, you may still make a payment via
Western Union.    Please contact customer support before sending any type of payment through Western Union.



CUSTOMS
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If your country is not listed above, you still maybe able to purchase via Western Union or contacting the U.S. Embassy in your country to establish a valid bank account so that payment can be made.
